A few photos from the trip

Museum of Science and Industry in Paris reflected in the planetarium.
I've tried to upload photos earlier, but the internet connection was flaky at our last place and it didn't work when I tried.  Here are some of my favorites so far throughout the trip.  Those marked "HDR" are high dynamic range photos, so they are a combination of several photos blended together to allow you to see details in the bright parts and shadows that you wouldn't normally be able to see (because our eyes can more easily adjust their range than a camera can).

Notre Dame Cathedral and the (I hope temporary) entrance pavilion.

Altar at Notre Dame from the rear of the nave. (HDR)
Stained glass at Sainte Chapelle in Paris.

Monet's garden in Giverny, France. Recognize the lily pads and willow tree?

Lots of interesting architecture in Bruges. Gothic horror anyone?

Church in Bruges. (HDR)

Market Square in Bruges.

River in Bruges. (HDR)
Cait photographic electricity-generating windmills in front of delta works in the Netherlands.
Candles and view of a rear chapel at the cathedral in Odense.  (HDR)

Organ at the rear of the nave and carving above the pulpit in the cathedral in Odense. A very modern-looking organ console with a couple more ranks of pipes were across from the pulpit. (HDR)
